Course Description
Unity College Australia (RTO 6330) through its partnership agreements with Burnie ShineLife Campus is pleased to offer the Certificate II in Information Technology qualification for those wanting to:
- Learn how to use a Personal Computer
- Learn how to use Microsoft® Office® including: Word®, Excel®, Outlook®, Access®, PowerPoint®, and Publisher®.
- Learn how to use the Internet and E-mail,
- Learn how to install software and hardware peripherals like a printer, etc.
Delivered by either self-paced distance learning modules or in an Interactive workshop format at our training room in Burnie or a combination of both.
The workshops will include hands-on training with interactive activities, group discussion and learner guides.
A minimum of eight (8) people are required for each workshop to proceed.
